Mr. Miller is a degreed professional, with over twenty years of management responsibilities. He has a background in quality assurance and process management. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality, having begun his career as a quality engineer for ITT Cannon and is currently serving on the Society's international Broad of Directors. He is an expert and frequent conference speaker in the areas of business and process management.
Mr. Miller has spent the last ten years developing new businesses in staffing and consulting. He is currently the director of Performance Strategies International, a consulting firm specializing in process improvement and business-to-business organizational tools.
Mr. Miller also is the President elect of the California chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Management and has been on their International Board of Directors for two years.
