Plans, develops and implements Design Assurance/Qualification/Validation
Plans and Schedules for new product development in conjunction with R, D &

Senior Reliability Engineer
Support the design and evaluation of new products and the enhancement/evolution
of current products. Develop and conduct Design Verification and Qualification
Test Plans/Reports in compliance with FDA/ISO and International Guidelines.
Perform Risk Assessment, Failure Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, MTBF and FMEA.
Investigate production and in-service failures and recommend corrective actions.
In addition, the Reliability Engineer II is responsible to design, develop
and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems
equipment for new products and product enhancement. Position available in
Southern California.

Develop marketing plans for increased utilization of current lasers and rapid
adoption of laser on new accounts. Work closely with surgeons and cardiologists
to strengthen the therapeutic message to the clinicians. Develop strong training
modules for the sales force. Lead branding and promotions for the identification
of educational programs and collateral to support both physician and patient
needs. Will work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) in the development
and implementation of publication/presentation plans and the cultivation of
product champions. A product manager will report to this position. Position

Assist the VP of Marketing in developing marketing, distribution and sales
plans, which includes, product marketing. product positioning , forecasting,
and identifying/developing new customers. Need a self-starter with 3-5 years
of product marketing experience in the medical device arena. Salary is competitive.

Cardiac Product / Marketing Manager
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible
for the development and implementation of the annual cardiac marketing plan;
launch plans for new products, including market preparation, product roll-out,
post-launch assessment, and coordinating training for new products with the
sales staff, implementation/support groups; competitive analysis; analyze
trends and develop objectives, strategies and tactics to increase market share;
develop product forecasts to maintain appropriate inventory levels; analyze
monthly reports to manage product line expense budget; maintain high level
of field communications supplying competitive updates and program direction;
assist in the development of product/market specific clinical trials and generate
conclusions and marketing actions based on the results; and provide cardiac
specific input to the strategic marketing plan and assist in developing short
and long-term marketing strategies. The minimum position requirements include
a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5-7 years medical or pharmaceutical sales/marketing
experience.
