Jim Meehan Sr., CEO
Mr. Meehan founded JPM International in 1980 after holding positions in Sales, Marketing and Senior Level Management for over 23 years with such companies as Johnson & Johnson, G.D. Searle and Syntex. Mr. Meehan has enjoyed a National and International reputation as a leader in Search and Recruiting among Human Resources managers worldwide. His experience led him to a successful career with Management Recruiters, Inc. Mr. Meehan has been honored by Sales and Marketing Management's Achievement Award, Who's Who in California, America and Worldwide, as well as an honored member of Who's Who Leading American Executives. In 1990, Mr. Meehan was honored by a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year. Jim Meehan is committed to the business community. He has served as International Board Member and California Chapter President for the Society for the Advancement of Management. Mr. Meehan holds a Bachelors degree from La Salle University and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University.

Trish Ryan, Managing Partner
Ms. Ryan has been the President of JPM International since 1980. She has over 23 years of experience in providing Human Resources services to our clients. Ms. Ryan developed the consumer and health care specialty teams, which have become a hallmark of JPM International today. In 1992, she developed and launched JPM's "Shared Vision" program that is utilized by many of our clients. A program specializing in measurably improving employee and organizational performance with accountability for results. Ms. Ryan believes that we as a company must epitomize organizational development. Thus, Ms. Ryan has hired and developed our recruiting teams whose average tenure is currently 11 years. Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Lesley Graham, Managing Partner
Lesley Graham has been a managing partner with JPM International since 1984. Ms. Graham has spent over 20 years providing Human Resources services to clients. She manages the Telecommunications division, spanning all facets of wireless communications and assists in the management and development of the health care team. Prior to joining JPM International, Ms. Graham enjoyed a career in Physical Education in teaching and coaching. She developed a wheelchair tennis program in 1980 for the city of Huntington Beach and has been active with the National Wheelchair Tennis Foundation. Ms. Graham holds a Bachelors degree from Skidmore College and a Masters degree from Adelphi University.

Melissa Hannigan, Managing Partner
Melissa's work in the field of business development has been pivotal to the growth and success of JPM International. She and her team of Account Managers have been responsible for identifying the needs of their clients and bringing to them optimal performance in terms of both processes and results. Ms. Hannigan is one of the original members of the JPM team, having over 20 years of recruiting experience. With a Life Science degree, Melissa has built a medical team with her technical knowledge, leadership skills and sales ability.

David Rikelman, Medical Device/Pharmaceutical
David Rikelman is apart of the Medical-Healthcare team with over 10 years of tenure. During this time, his business focus has been on Medical Device. David has been designated CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant, and a member of the California Association of Personnel Consultants. He has been a winner of the President's Club Trip for the last two years and continues to excel in his field. He is a real world results oriented individual who works as an extension of his clients in satisfying their people needs. Mr. Rikelman holds a degree in Finance.

Bert Wiest, Telecommunications/Wireless
Bert Wiest has been an Account Manager in the Telecommunications Division of JPM International for the past 12 years. Mr. Wiest's area of expertise is specifically in the technical arena of wireless communications and the health care industry. Mr. Wiest also works extensively in the quality control areas with JPM International and it's contract labor division, Quality Staffing Services. Mr. Wiest holds a BA degree from the University of California, Berkeley in English.

Nancy Witkowski, Health Care
Nancy Witkowski is a 12 year veteran in the industry, joining JPM International after graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a BS in Business Marketing. Ms. Witkowski specializes in health care positions in the Western United States, representing prominent national health care corporations. Her tenure at this level of interface has earned her a reputation of professionalism with results. She is recognized as a Health care Industry Leader. Nancy serves as Vice President of Hospitality for the Western States Chapter for the Society For Advancement of Management (S.A.M.) and has volunteered for the past seven years as an interview judge for Future Business Leaders of America. She is the recipient of many professional awards and has been a President's Award Winner for the past four consecutive years.
